Jabari was getting a bit frustrated with himself. He'd stopped in that last place and rolled then shook himself to help rid his body of the jittery twitches the slow pace had been building. Besather sat back, watching it's companion in utter silence before slinking forward and chittering then cooing. "Mhmm.." Was the only response given by the male before he'd brush a paw against Besather's head and turned to head in a new direction. Some back tracking and more searching was in store for them. Besather clacked then moved after him, carefully sticking to the other's side.

*This was a very large forest, which means that game had a lot of places to move and hide avoiding hunters. Sadly there was nothing here either*

Selene beams brightly at the short... dog, yes dog, lowering her own head for sniffles and to get acquainted. "Well hello there, little... lady," she says, taking as quick a glance as she can to make sure she gets it right. "Looks like you and I might be traveling together, at least until we're out of the woods, hm?" The dog gives Selene a little yip and a small tail wag. "Then... let's head... this way," she decides, turning toward E2.

*The new companion sniffs around the ground looking for game, oddly helpful for her small size. Eventually she stops sniffing the ground and you find deer tracks, fresh ones! You follow it silently to come across....  You may be able to capture the fawn! Again? Wow, two in a row! Once more, roll a d20 and get a 5+ to see if you can capture the fawn. |

Selene notices her new hunting companion's stiff stance and turns her attention toward a small sunlit glade, whereupon she notices the deer. She approaches as silently as possible, making soft, calming noises at the deer. "Well hello, you beautiful thing you... Come along then, that's it..." she murmurs, trying to coax the deer toward her.
