Selene had never seen anyone quite so beautiful as the Duchess. Ever since reading the sign posted a couple of days before, there had been a stirring in her. She had to be here for this hunt; she wasn't sure why, or how, or why this urge was so strong, but she knew that she had to do everything in her power to be involved.

She watched Rosalynd intently as she made her announcements, padding up to a close-by Sphinx in an effort to share some of her nervous energy and be comforted by the presence of another nearby who might feel the same way she did.

((I was just asked in the other thread, which is a good question since I hadn't thought about that. I edited it in. You just miss your turn, but if you miss three in a row you're out. Just because it shouldn't be holding people up if you're not really playing.))

Jabari and Besather enter the area. His eyes warily ranging around the group as they assemble. He had hopes of trying this once more. Perhaps a new set of terrain would prove fortuitous to his aims of advancement.

Nikkita enters the area and looks around curiously at the others gathered, she was excited to see if she would go on the hunt with the Duchess.

Jabari nods his head in silent greeting to any who address him. His attention focused inwardly though. Besanther clacks a little and squeaks up to him. Jabari glances down and shakes his head slowly.

Selene couldn't help but notice the dark brown sphinx (Jabari) padding up to the group, especially with the beautiful jewel-colored dragonling in tow. She bowed her head in greeting, settling herself nervously on her haunches as she waited for another announcement.
