Im actually wrapped in a throw now and trying ot down as much water as I can. Tea..sounds like an amazing idea but im kind of trapped upstairs due to contractor stuff everywhere

It's so awesome to see so many people dropping in! (-8 Welcome and a hearty Yuletide season to everyone!
We already had our one big day of tons of heavy wet snow followed by a few super freezing days leaving us a combination of amazing forest scenery and a road like a roller-coaster with square wheels! Though it is lovely and sunny here today, all sparkling snow covered trees. I hope no one has to go out much in that weather down south... we lost part of my lilac tree and a bunch of trees feel in and out of town, which also left us without power for a big part of the day. Though it was the kind of day we both had lots of work plans and things set up so mostly we just sat around looking like kids who had their toys taken away, (-8
Now I hope everyone is enjoying this sneak peek into Katterheim...
Goes to peek behind door number two...

 Eira bounds into the thread, catches herself in her undignified entrance, and straightens her dress. "It's almost here! It's almost time," she shouts with glee as she takes a look around at the decorations. "There is not nearly enough holly!" With a wave of her staff, more holly appears. "Much better!" |

Kielana was still in the kitchens, happily humming to herself. She had made countless batches of cookies and had migrated to some of her more traditional 'dark and cold season' varients. She had noticed Sigrid vanish earlier and just hoped she was there to learn the recipie out of gratitude for teaching her theirs. Aeion by now was in the corner off to the side so as to not be in anyones way. He was laying down, a bit awestruck, just watching his sister go. He knew she was fast but BOY was she cranking those cookies out! Was she even keeping count?! The cheers and roars of merriment rang clear through the kitchens (or atleast, in the area the siblings were in!) but it didn't really phase either of them. Kielana was content where she was, and Aeion content on seeing his sister happy. Before long, the fiery female paused and took 1 still warm cookie from the pile and gingerly shoved it into her brothers mouth.  Grinning, the female continued to make another batch. |
