BTW, there is a folder for yule items from this year in the samples... Yule 2020 samplesExcept for the hair made this year, those will be in the wigs folder. Mr. Pooka is making the fire hair sample so it's not posted there yet. |

Ooo they look nice! I'm curious, would it be possible to make the clothing samples a bit bigger someday? it can be hard to see details and such when they are smaller

Somehow the spirit took the priestess to a busy school courtyard. "So why here spirit? Some sort of educational public service warning... wait. I know this place! ...but why did you bring me here?" Selene IV asked.
The spirit just watched in silence, letting Selene work things out on her own.
A smiling teen Sphinx came bounding nearby, laughing and readjusting her wig from her speedy race. "Sheri! It's me, Selene! Sheri? Tetisheri, why are you ignoring me?" Selene called out as a second teen soon followed, giggling so hard she didn't notice Tetisheri and crashed into the first teen. Both girls stared at each other before more laughter exploded from them so riotously both lost their wigs, while rolling around. "Did you loose the guard Selene?" asked the first Sphinx. The younger Selene couldn't answer, lost in her laughing.
"Spirit! How are we here? This was the day Tetisheri and I... well they were able to fix the Min statue at least... Oh we had the best times in school Spirit. I miss her so much Spirit but you must know something about that because you brought us here. Now she was good guide, you should be studying her. I had so much trouble fitting in until she took me under her wing and showed me the ins and outs of the scribe academy! So, is that your thing then Spirit? Take me back and show me all of my good times? I don't get the lesson..."
"Where is your best friend Tetisheri now?" The Spirit of the Past asked.
"How should I know? She's the one who ran off!" snapped Selene IV.
"Why?" asked the spirit simply.
"Oh, you want me to say it I guess... well it's not my fault her boyfriend liked me better! Men are fickle and stupid, she knew that! She taught me that! If anything, it's her fault..." Selene's defensive sniping was cut off by the scene playing out before them. The two teens stopped laughing when they heard someone coming. Quickly they helped each other get up and with a wink and a shoulder bump they were off again, knocking over several pots to cover their escape from the academy guards. "I really do miss her..." Selene trailed off while she watched her younger self run off with her old friend.
The scene began to shift again and the Spirit took Selene on a journey of Yule memories...
When the next scene became clear Selene recognized a Yule date she was on. One of the first Yules in Ahket! It was a perfect dinner night out with a handsome maned warrior with glorious wings. All was going well until several Sphinxes in the restaurant left their tables to see the freakish white rain falling outside, and then a bunch of tiny fairy creatures invaded the place, knocking her drink onto her best faience bead dress. Her date might have helped but instead was distracted by a second fairy pulling at his mane, causing him to knock over some candles with his wings which in turn started a fire with the nearby curtains... ah, things could not have gone worse. Except maybe for the fact that everyone else seemed to be having fun with the 'snow' and were entertained by the fairy invasion... what a disaster.
