I have been wanting to see The Man Who Invented Christmas. How was it? I thought it looked really interesting. Pooka found this one... We both enjoyed it! I'm trying to add a comment but its a bit tricky to mention what I liked without spoilers. |

Sorry for the delay, we were distracted by the Mandalorian. Afterwards Mr. Pooka looked at me and said 'Okay, no more Christmas Carol, we're going to tell people that we're doing Star Wars instead.' *then he pointed at me* "start making lightsabers.' lol (Not really doing that, but boy were we pumped!)
Okay, I'll go tally up the entries for the random draws, and we should be continuing soon. There will be quite a bit today.

‘Tis okay Pooka, I understand. Contest that run over my night time are a bit difficult to engage in. But there’s also a purpose for that too. ^^ Good luck everyone! Stave Two: The First of the Three SpiritsSelene IV startled awake and her eyes sharply searched her room for ghosts, apparitions or... anything out of place. Everything seemed fine and there was no sign of any of the wild things she saw... no wait. She didn't see anything she realized! I was just a simple nightmare... a bit of undigested fish or spoiled cream, certainly not the ghost of her wonderful past mentor! As Selene relaxed after aptly convincing herself that the encounter of that night never truly happened. Stretching upon her bed and was pleasantly surprised by the warm, gentle light that flowed into her chamber... dawn must have already approached. As her sight drifted over towards the window she came to the realization that the light was not emanating from the rising of Ra, but from a beautiful, ethereal sphinx.  "Are you the spirit my mentor informed me of?" Selene asked cautiously. "I am." replied the spirit in a soft and gentle voice. "If you are a ghost then, who are you the ghost of?" Selene demanded. "I am the Spirit of Yuletide Past. Your past." "Well, you're not welcome here." Selene scowled "Be gone." she said with a dismissive 'shooing' of her paw. "Let us go together." responded the spirit of the past as she reached out a paw to tenderly place it upon Selene's shoulder. Selene innately wanted to pull away from the touch but found herself curiously calmed by the spirit's presence and agreed to walk with her. The spirit guided her towards the window where the pair of them vanished, the scene shifting. (Note: The hair, snuffer and two piece dress (base and gauzy over dress) are all new items. ~ Pooka ^_^ )
