'I 'member..." 'A certain red dragon found it too cold last year...I wonder why? It was entertaining and concerning seeing it try to come out of that portal and then turning tail. I think most of all though is being reunited with dad. Aeion was down in the dumps before he arrived!!'

Now, to catch up on some certing! I wanted to keep up with the Reindeer games but I've been Selene wrangling for a few days and it was exhausting!
...also, as a fun holiday reminder... only 7 more sleeps until Wonder Woman! *so excited!*

'I 'member..."... that time Santa got kinda naughty. Or was that when Santa got offered to go in Selene's closet? I might be mixing up my events LOL xD But I do remember the years we had the present boxes. Those were really fun, almost a must-shake-the-box feeling. Or! The times when Santa's reindeer made an appearance. I loved seeing those Sphinxes very much! And I think Mr. Candycane man here fits the bill

I 'member...The year I won Rudolph! Except I actually didn't win him...but oh, I came ever so close! Rudolph was the grand prize in a hide and seek type game. Pooka would post him randomly on any page in the thread at any time and whoever found him and posted the correct phrase got a point. And of course whoever got the most points at the end won. To make a long story short (this was a lot of time and points!) it came down to me and one other player. A new person who was in their first Sphinxes thread, and we were just neck and neck, tied and going back and forth. And in the end, they won, by just a single point! I was a bit bummed, but at the same time the back and forth had been immensely fun and we had a new Sphinx fan to add to our happy crew. But! Lo and behold, they shortly sent me a PM, saying that they wanted to gift Rudolph to me. It was so unexpected and I was floored! I've never seen or heard from that person again, they sadly didn't stay with us beyond that single Yuletide thread, but I think of them and their generosity every time I see Rudolph. <3

For contest 1, you can ask for any one item (from the list) that you don't own (or have equipped on someone). So if you didn't have a teddy bear, a yoyo or a jingle harness, you could ask Santa for any one of those items. I hope that explains what I meant, (-8 |
