Amin overhears them talking about coconuts.
"you know they hurt when they hit you but if you heat them they can explode sending shill bits everywhere"
Amin said rubbing a small patch of skin on the top of his hip

Tiaua, skidding in her full-run to the edge of the platform manages to JUST stop herself before being flung into the fiery pit of lava. The snap and pop of the molten mixture makes her eep and tuck her tail a little before looking up and shouting back, "Anyone got something I can throw?! A net maybe.." She looks back at the lava, "A metal net!?"

Lin nodded, feeling a little sad about the side effects of coconut weapons. "Well, dare I say it was worth a mention but I guess you're right about flying pieces potentially ripping us apart. Hmmm..."

He taps on his chin and looks at Tiaua. "I only have rope on me this time, unfortunately. Perhaps we can send Vez out to get some items for us?"

Resuming our previous program...

Rajan puts a paw to his face. "This is a giant, winged raptor and we are surrounded by lava. Coconuts won't do anything!"

Marin sighs. "I suppose you could brain the raptor with a coconut and potentially knock it out."

[wolfrysk]

Rajan starts to say something, then looks at Marin and just stares at her a moment. "Sorry... what exactly do you do for a living again?"

Amin glared at the blue and gold male
"I'll have you know coconuts are an effective weapon."

[Siopilos]

Lin perks up. "Marin understands me! Although you all are correct. We probably should get ourselves OUT of this lava situation first before attempting to stop evil."

He starts to pad in a random direction before turning around. "Ah... exactly where is the exit?"

Amin's head snapped around at the shark looking male.
"The exit is this way. i was trying to keep it clear for *cough* a safe retreat"

"I'm a cleric," Marin replies brandishing her staff as if it's self-explanatory. She carefully chants under her breath until the remaining party members are all shielded. "There. That should help a little."

"Thank you, kind sir." Linny said cheerily to Amin. He followed after Amin noticing that the raptor he took down was slowly gaining consciousness. "Hmmm, let's go rather quickly then!"

Lin tried to navigate his way back to the elevator where they encountered the robots earlier.

Rajan just continues to look at Marin who claims to be a healer and also talks about braining something with a coconut of all things. "...right." He says slowly.

[Siopilos]

"Listen, I only profess to know coconuts for weapons. Or the theory at least. But I did hear the ladies of Bastet were raging about coconut oil at one point this year." He gave the priestesses back home a longer thought.

"Do you think they'd want some souvenirs?"

[tierasa]

Marin shrugged. She hadn't sworn an oath or anything like some healers she'd heard of, and well, it was practical. "Well, if we're just going to leave it to the volcano, we should probably leave. I do wonder if perhaps we can use one of those weapons that had been turned on us earlier if we did choose to fight. I wonder if they could reach," she speculates.

[Operetta]

Idell shrugs. "If you are going to throw coconuts, just make sure not to drink beforehand. It really affects your aim," she stated as she thought of her poor throw earlier in the day at the flying dinosaurs.
