It's so cold! We hit the -30s last night... but it'll be +6 in a few days with a deluge of rain... than snow? ..we'll see, (-8
I feel like every time I refresh this page the 18 will turn into a 17, than a 12 then, ahh, tomorrow! (-8 ...and I already love what I've seen in your folders!

We had snow squalls all through the day here. Heck, when I left work, I was walking head on into it just to get to the walmart XD It was...entertaining actually.
Fifteenth Heb?!?! Wow!! Incredible! That means this is my 14th year as a Sphinx member!!

Has anyone had a chance to watch the first episode of MoonKnight yet? I thought it was pretty fitting to have the new Marvel show contain light Ancient Egyptian themes with Heb so right around the corner! ^^

Has anyone had a chance to watch the first episode of MoonKnight yet? I thought it was pretty fitting to have the new Marvel show contain light Ancient Egyptian themes with Heb so right around the corner! ^^ I have ... I'm confused. I'm anxiously waiting for the 2nd episode...maybe it will explain more? |

I've read everything Moon Knight since I found some issues in a discount bin as a kid and got hooked, (-8 I'd had my fingers crossed that it would have been the next Netflix show before that fell apart and really can't wait to see how they are going to bring this one to life! (I do think they held off on the timing so they could switch the netflix shows to D+ to gauge the reaction of darker shows first...) ...somewhere in my test folders I've had a Fist of Khonshu warrior priest partially done since a few years back... (-8 hopefully I get to it today, (-8 I'd also recommend Our Flag Means Death! I've hardly seen any advertising for this one and there's not enough buzz about it yet (though it's picking up!) It's a bit surreal, jumping back and forth between comedy and drama in unpredictable swerves but that's part of its awesome charm. It's hard to compare it to anything, sort of a mashup of Bridgeton and What We do in the Shadows but with pirates... ya, that's about right, (-8 |

(-8 sounds like they're doing a good storytelling job then, (-8 There are many of the comics that are build on the premise that you don't know what is actually happening or if the main character is dreaming, hallucinating or making it all up in his mind... On that topic, if you're a fan of unreliable narrators, I'd also recommend checking out Legion, at least the first couple of seasons. It was tied to the X-men films (the main character is Prof X's son) but the storytelling is pure artistic gold and I've never seen anything like it! |
