Announcement! We will be starting the next event on February 27th! As usual, this is unless RL interrupts. I'm super stoked about this one! I've already made SO MANY new templates and am still going! I'm pretty pleased with how it's all been turning out.  It's becoming bigger then planned, so there is a chance it may cross over into the Heb. Don't worry though, we'll still do something for the Heb. ^_^ |

Will we get to finish the Drow event? I know there is the Bio game that still has to be judged and anything else that may need to br wrapped up?

This is the second day with near 0 clouds. Seedy saturday was yesterday and another seedy saturday (in a city 15 minutes away) is next saturday. Im dragging my mom there to try to get the last of the seeds I want (mainly a few companion plants. Im OCD this year and want specific colours of things...pink nasturtiums. White marigold. I have those seeds, just not those COLOURS. She is going to pick out the seeds she wants this year for me to grow. And then I sit on my hands and wait till march. I think it'll be a great year for gardens but I've been worrying about the wild a bit... this super weird mild streak has some of the trees prematurely sprouting green and I've heard some people just south of us are actually getting sap from their maples... I'm also looking forward to some pics, (-8 I used to love growing nasturtiums (which are also tasty and the flowers look delightful in a salad!) and marigolds, though I've never seen white ones! |

We went to a Curiosities and Oddities expo yesterday! It was huge and A LOT but there were so many cool things to look at! Lots of skulls, taxidermy, animal bones, cool art, handmade things, very wicked stuff. :3< I got a painted pine martin skull with a 'crown' of crystals, and a bat voodoo doll! Definitely wished I was wealthy while I was there. XD There was a full-length coffin shaped mirror I LOVED, and all these neat things that would have made just. Ugh, the perfect décor for my house. ;w; I find neat bones and woodland curios all the time but have never done much with decorating or designing things... that sounds like a fun project! |

Definitely, especially the Character Profile contest... there are such awesome entries! My timeline has just been a bit insane on this end... *works on dark elves, keeping an eye out for monsters and ...prepares for my next sleep study. ah, sleeping is hard sometimes...* |

Here's an adorable Pokemon short made for the New Years, (-8 I've got to watch it a few times, It's pretty adorable!
...also my drive last night was pretty decent compared to my last blizzardy one. Just a bit of freezing rain, a few foxes (mostly on the way home at 5AM) and a random horse... just a horse, walking on the shoulder of the road all by it's lonesome. (there shouldn't be any worries, most of the local horses in that area are fairly well trained horses owned by Mennonite families who are used to walking the shoulders and don't wander into traffic... though why it was wandering by itself is a bit of a mystery!)

So I started my lavender and celery a few days ago because the germination can take up to 50 days.
...my lavender has started to burst from the seed shells (they require light so you can see the seeds).
Im blown back o.o
Also got a little 4 ft greenhouse im dying to try out. Its only 4 shelves and super easy to move around. Moms seeds she chose need to ne winter sown and this might be easier.
