Sort of! We saw just a little bit of snow at a rest stop while we were on the drive which was fun. It was my second time ever seeing snow of any kind. I’ve still never seen snow actually falling.

Our cabin/house is on a little river. It’s really nice to be able to sit out on the porch and just listen and enjoy the cold.

It was 86F when we left Florida. That’s 30C for those not used to our weird scale. So, it’s been nice to get to some lower temps.

We already have tons of snow.

I do have to agree that it would be bizarre to me to not have ever seen snow falling! Though it also took me a while to come to terms with not having a white Christmas as well! Snow was just apart of the cold months inherently growing up.

Yeah, weve had a few green Christmases but snow will fall regardless. If it doesn't come in December it nails us in the new year.

Im not sure how I would fair if I was in a climate that didn't snow. I hate walking through the stuff but a little bit on the ground is pretty. I love watching it melt in the spring and create little dams and rivers.

This does remind me..I saw once that a group of kids in..I think it was China built a snowman and actually shipped it in a thermal regulated box to some kids in Egypt. The snowman arrived as if it was just made. The look on the kids faces was precious!
