Yeah. I need to slowly step away from the gen. I've already made...6 new pairs. And I currently have four dream gen tabs open. XD That doesn't include the WIP that is Tairyn. She's being difficult to translate.

I feel exactly the same with some of Pooka's new Sphinx stuff. She makes something super cool like a new costume, gives me the file and then BAM, I get so excited using it as is, mix and matching some new stuff and filling folders with new ideas and half created pretties at lightning speed, (-8 I want to talk about the RP I've set up for Pooka so bad as well... but I choose it on the basis that it has ties to our upcoming plans and don't want to give any spoilers for what's ahead... I wonder if it would take longer for me to mail oatmeal or wait for your store to restock, (-8 I love oatmeal so I've got a fair amount stocked up in the pantry all the time (In those entertaining No Name bags that just say 'Oatmeal') along with all the other cookie type basics... Oh, if it's a cookie emergency (which I've totally had) and if you like Peanut Butter Cookies I make these all the time (so yummy!) and they only have three ingredients! www.allrecipes.com/recipe/11352/three-ingredient-peanut-butter-cookies/Showin' off my sweet birthday present, (-8  Yuichi my Battle Maid! Yupper, Battle Maid! (-8 Yuichi was one of Mr. Ito's devoted Neko servants and the main maid of his Tokyo apartment... until the plot took a turn for the frightening (Oni-Alien Invasion of course!) and she found herself totally alone with nothing to do but guard the place and hope that someone would eventually turn up. Mr. Ito had used a personal portal to his own Demi-Plane, but got stuck there when the Aliens absorbed all of the planes magic to charge their ships... He'd also left her with lots of great emergency stuff like a bag of money and fake travel id, but it was a bit contingent on a magic item he left her as well, a ring of disguise, but again, no magic, so the ID and such were useless and the world was not yet aware the supernatural types lived among them (except of course, now Aliens which were causing hysteria...totally not helpful!) ... so trapped! The apartment was filled with all sorts of trophies and wonders but she chose Mr. Ito's Katana, originally as more intimidation than with any skill. Shortly after the world craziness, some of the Yamasugi Outlaws picked her up and took her in, and even gave her some basic training... but 'Battle Maid' didn't really become a thing until the Time Travel, where several YSO members stayed to do a bit of timey wimey travel with a much younger Sabi (Mr. Ito!) after the whole group was sent back into prehistory. The small group that stayed with him (Eiko, Junko, Lyric, Usagi and Yuichi) used Sabi's family's time travel device to skip up into the Edo Period of Japan (because Sabi was pretty fascinated with the culture) and ended up living there for about 2 and a half years, which included a great many adventures (hidden valleys of elemental Dragons, evil Loki worshiping Kitsune and lots more) and along the way she honed her skills as a Battle Maid along with the team of fighters, (-8 So, she's totally a super cute as can be Neko Girl but hidden under that is some self confident super skills! I'm actually using a published Pathfinder 3rd party class (Battle Butler from one of Little Red Goblin Games' Gonzo books) for her and it's one of my fav classes, (-8 Like a lot of classes from their Gonzo books, the classes have actually some pretty solid character refs that back them up and lend some legitimacy to what seems like something silly at first. (Like for Battle Butler/Maid, think of Alfred from Gothem or Ms. Beakly from Ducktales!) The Anime game was one of the best games for pulling out all of the weirdest, wackiest and strangest class that would just plain never fit in a regular game! |

Well Happy St. Patrick's Day to you all! I hope everyone is still doing well. If you're in self-iso or government called iso; I hope you're finding many fun things to pass the time. I've been cleaning the kitchen and messing it up again. I managed to snag a six-pack of guiness this morning for tonight. MUCH happy. But happier still is the oatmeal. I FOUND OATMEAL! Though thank you Mr. Pooka for the offer. That No Name brand would be a fun thing to have in my pantry. Before all this my pantry was already getting used up; so I HAD been planning for a large shopping trip to like Costco to restock my basics but then.. well. Yea. SO we'll make it through it's just no fun. But but.. I have oatmeal for cookies now. So my minor crisis of wanting to bake some cookies that I've not made in years is adverted and I shall be making them. Though likely that will be tomorrow as today is all about my soda bread and stew. How's everyone else doing? Also, SHE"S ADORABLE! Congrats!I love the wig on her and the black and white contrasts. I've been very into black and white lately... <3 <3 Sending you all virtual hugs and smooshes because those are completely safe! and long reaching. |
