That sounds like something Christopher Lee would have said since he knew Tolkien personally. He even had Tolkien's stamp of approval to play Gandalf in any movie adaptation, but by the time the movies were made, they said he was too old, which is why he was cast as Saruman instead.

I've had one customer that reminded me of Christopher Lee. The first time I saw him, I was like 'whoa...Christopher Lee doppleganger...' and had to refocus when he suddenly asked me if we had hot dogs XD Was funny XD

Big congrats to the auction winners thus far!
I'm sad I missed out on bidding any further but I had to buy another Vogmask since I'm still working and Cryptic will probably be re-hired at her job soon, I needed my own because I've been using hers. :'D I was planning to stick it out since I missed out on any customs this year but alas! Those masks are not the cheapest, haha.
Work has been keeping me pretty tired and out of it along with the state of the world and June being a bad month for me in general, I'm just perpetually exhausted, but I hope everyone has been well! <333 I keep trying to get myself back into writing, this dry spell has gotten old, fast. x'D
We just finished watching season one of Motherland: Fort Salem and I really enjoyed it. ^^

I've been sleeping like absolute garbage all month, Arcane, so I feel you there. I mean I have terrible insomnia anyway, but this has reached epic proportions where I can't seem to sleep more than two hours at any given time. Perpetual exhaustion sucks. I'm glad it sounds like Cryptic will be going back to work soon. That's always happy though extra expenses are not.  |

I've kind of been the same... it's been super rare for me to sleep the whole night, but at least I've been getting 5-6 hours and then sometimes a forced nap... (the kind where you're trying to work or read and realize your leaning against a bookshelf, sound asleep) ...and face mask irony! I've been planning on saving up to buy us some quality face masks as well for the few times we have to venture out... we've got some improvised ones and I managed to snag a box of disposables on my one journey into the big city ($40, for something that was $8 a few months ago, yikes!) but face masks totally feels like it will be the new normal for a good long while.
Oh, I saw the trailer for Motherland: Fort Salem and it looked awesome! I didn't notice it was out yet *goes to add to list right after post*
and Christopher Lee was made of coolness and awesome, (-8 ...I've been singing the Hex Girls song in my head every since we were talking about Scooby Doo, but not it's being replaced by the SummerIsle (the Maypole song) from the Wicker Man...

Hummm it seems all I had to do about my own sleeping problem was say I haven't been sleeping... I was totally knocked out last night and slept in for once in a long while! *feels refreshed*

Ive been..helping with cleaning up the garage the past few days so have only been able to peek here and there.
Almost didn't get my draw thing done yesterday, I was soo tierd o.0 Did though. And im satisfied I made todays looks like a mid run-jump. Cy's grandma got her something crazy frilly (my Hyean characters wear casual clothing so they can move around easier). Her dad is trying to get her to take the insane thing off. She...is running from him.
Cybels only a kid but she 'grew up' for the day. She only sees her grandma once every few months and never gets to play 'dress up' so you can imagine how things are xD
